A Qualified Architect of more than 20 years, Josephine has worked on a variety of projects. Her portfolio includes the designs for the Upgrading of Changi Airport Terminal 2, Upgrading of the Monetary Authority of Singapore, LTA railway projects from feasibility study through design, and lead in the implementation of BTO HDB, HDB D&B Home Improvement Projects (HIP), private houses, cluster housing developments, St Andrew Autism Centre, A&A at Mt Alvernia Hospital, A&As at MOE schools, industrial projects and more recently, the construction of MOE's CHIJ - Our Lady of The Nativity, CHIJ - Katong Primary and D&B Seletar and Ulu Pandan Bus Depots.
Her experience translates into deftly resolving design and technical issues. With her good grasp of local codes and requirements, strong inter-disciplinary understanding, and her exposure to BIM and VDC, DfMA and Precast construction, she is able to lead her team and coordinate with both contractors and consultants effectively
