The 20-storey mixed development comprises a 12-storey hotel with eight storeys of offices (specifically for medical suites) that sits on three floors of shops and a multi-storey car park. The project’s surrounding verdure creates a calming exterior, with the greenery extending vertically. A view of the lap pool sees a 1.8m high, curved waterwall, with the sky terrace on the Rangoon Road side doubles up as the alfresco section for all-day dining amidst the greenery. An L-shaped sky terrace is offered as a green lung for hotel guests to enjoy a nightcap while taking in the iconic Singapore city skyline.
