Part of the Downtown MRT Line (DTL), King Albert Park MRT Station features design elements that are both contemporary and  environmentally sensitive. 

The station features a water theme, reflecting the canal that runs beside it. Enamel turquoise and blue-green panels suggest the broken surface of water, a motif continued in the vertical and rippled patterns found along the platform.
