Part of the Downtown MRT Line (DTL) and Interchanging with the Circle MRTLine (CCL), MacPherson Station sits at the intersection of Circuit Link and Circuit Road.

Comprising three levels - concourse, mezzanine and platform, its two entrances serve industrial buildings, residences and the Geylang Neighbourhood Police Centre. Brick and box patterns decorate the interior walls, referencing the nearby estates' rich heritage. Brick red accents with 3D textures further confer the station its unique character.
