Strategically located on central Surabaya’s major road, Jalan Ngagel, Marvell City will serve as a catalyst for the city’s progress.

The overarching design concept was inspired by the imagery of a walk in the woods. Four major components define the overall master plan, including a 4-storey lifestyle retail podium with basement, four 30-storey residential towers, a 16-storey hotel as well as a 12-storey school tower.

Marvell City is intended to be a self-sufficient development. This layout gives maximum exposure to the retail and hospitality sections, while also retaining a sense of privacy for the residential towers.
