The intention of Eco Sanctuary’s masterplanning, was to ensuring a flourishing city that inhabitants can call home, amidst with a verdant haven. With 308 acres of undulating land in the Klang Valley, the area in question is part of a larger master plan called Canal City. Taking into account of the city’ vehicular usage, the master plan drew a relocation of the important parcels next to the external canal, resulting in more land parcels to be utilised. The individual parcels focused on density, depending on its housing types, adhering to land use and preservation of approved areas.
