ONG&ONG was engaged for the urban planning, master planning and architecture for The Rivana, dubbed the most upscale apartment in the Binh Duong area. The Rivana is fast becoming a landmark for locals as well as expats looking to secure an address in Vietnam’s Binh Duong province – a favourite for foreign investors as it is a part of the Southern Key Economic Region.

ONG&ONG devised a design narrative that is aimed at positioning the development’s swanky appeal while still retaining its cosy and intimate sensibility. To keep The Rivana in harmony with its surroundings, its three towers that house 28 floors boast a modern design that is minimalist, elegant, and chic. Spanning 2.96 acres, the development boasts close to 50 amenities and facilities such as parks, community areas, play areas, a swimming pool and lounge amongst others.

Making full use of its environment, all apartments were designed to be spacious while allowing healthy airflow and sunlight to stream in, making the units bright and airy. Each apartment is clearly divided between its dynamic space and static space. Within each unit, the bedrooms are positioned away from the communal area to create a sense of distinction and to give occupants privacy. With this smart design, the units are not only visually pleasing but also offer residents a comfortable living environment.

The Rivana Apartment is inspired by Plato’s philosophy where "the beauty of style, of harmony, of grace and of rhythm depends on simplicity”. The development is meticulously designed be minimalist and functional.
